Nothing much to do in Adelaide River, however the Rodeo is in town.
After a short drive back from Litchfield NP we set up camp and headed straight out to the Show Ground.

There was nothing but a dusty arena one minute, and then as soon as the water truck had covered the arena to stop the dust, every local man woman and child back their ute up the the temporary fence ready for the action.

The Rodeo was a great night and so glad we heard about it.
